The ProteinChecker enables you to detect protein very fast on the spot. During protein preparation and on the examination of column-separated fractions in protein purification, the feature of the ProteinChecker is very helpful. The ProteinChecker is a ready-to-use reagent, and the assay procedure is to simply mix the ProteinChecker and a sample of your interest.
Quick detection of protein
Mix ProteinChecker and a sample of your interest, you can instantly check protein.
It is an ideal reagent to check protein on protein purification steps.
Small sample volume A small sample volume of 10 l is sufficient to detect protein.
All-in-one and ready-to-use reagent It is not necessary to prepare staining reagents.
On the affinity column chromatography, the bounded protein was eluted and the eluents from E1 to E8 were obtained. Each eluent (10 l) was mixed with 50 l of ProteinChecker. The resulted color of the mixture is corresponded to the protein concentration in each eluent. E2 fraction shows the highest protein concentration and E3 showed the second one, as also showing in the SDS polyacrylamide electrophoresis below. Tube 0 shows the mixed solution of 10 l of the buffer used in the affinity column chromatography and 50 l ProteinChecker.
After the affinity column chromatography, obtained eluents from E1 to E8 were subjected to SDS acrylamide gel electrophoresis.
